Your Mission

As a Product Manager at Safello, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for our crypto brokerage and exchange platform. Working closely with our engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams, you will ensure that we build secure, scalable, and delightful products that meet both user needs and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product roadmap execution and prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Define clear product requirements with user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to build intuitive experiences for our mobile and web applications.

• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to meet financial regulations like MiCA, DORA, and the Travel Rule.

• Champion customer experience, making sure every feature we ship adds real value to our users.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across tech, growth, and operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of product management experience.

✅ Proven track record of shipping successful digital products.

✅ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

✅ Experience working with engineering teams using modern development stacks.

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to drive alignment across teams.

✅ A growth mindset, excited to iterate, learn, and push boundaries in a fast-moving industry. 

✅ Excellent English Proficiency – Strong written and spoken English is a must, as we operate in an international, remote-first environment.

✅ Understanding of trading, payment systems, crypto, finance is a plus.

✅ Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto or financial space is a plus.
